Schedule

7:00–8:30 a.m. - Breakfast for Students & Families, Price Dining Hall
To start your day, enjoy breakfast in the dining hall with your student before classes begin.

7:00–11:30 a.m. - Registration, Gallagher Quad
Visit the registration table to pick up your materials for the day. Folders will be organized by student last name and include a campus map, the event schedule for the day, and your student(s) class schedule.

8:15–8:35 a.m.- A block - Class Visits

8:45–9:05 a.m. - B block - Class Visits

9:15–9:35 a.m. - C block - Class Visits

9:45–10:30 a.m. - Head of Schools Update & Awards Presentation, Liu/Cheung Theater
Dr. Theresa Smith, head of school, will give an update on this year at Webb and present staff and faculty awards.

10:30–10:45 a.m.- Break, outside Price Dining Hall
Refuel after morning sessions with hot coffee or tea and grab ‘n go snacks.

10:50–11:10 a.m. - D block - Class Visits

11:20–11:40 a.m.- E block - Class Visits

11:40 a.m.–12:40 p.m. - Lunch for 9th/10th Students & Families, Price Dining Hall; Lunch for 11th/12th Students & Families, Centennial Field
Meet up with your student and their classmates for lunch on campus.

12:50–1:50 p.m. - Parent Speaker: Jennifer Breheny Wallace, Liu/Cheung Theater
Award-winning and New York Times best-selling author, Jennifer B. Wallace will lead Webb families through a timely discussion regarding achievement culture and how parents can best support their students to counteract this unprecedented pressure.

2:00–2:20 p.m. - F block - Class Visits

2:30–2:50 p.m. - G block - Class Visits

3:00–3:30 p.m. - Spring & Summer Break Travel Opportunities, Liu/Cheung Theater
For those interested, Director of Experiential Learning, Susanna Linsley, will guide parents through Webb offered trips during February, Spring and Summer Breaks. Learn about what is available for your student.

3:30 p.m. - Girls Tennis Varsity Game, Lower Tennis Courts

3:30 p.m. - Boys Waterpolo Varsity Game, The Barbara Mott McCarthy Aquatics Center

3:35–4:35 p.m.- College Financial Aid Workshop for 11th & 12th Grade Parents, Liu/Cheung Theater
Don’t miss Hector Martinez and his team as they expertly guide junior and senior parents through the college financial aid process. Unable to attend? There will be other virtual opportunities to connect with the College Guidance team throughout the year.

3:45 p.m. - Girls Volleyball Junior Varsity Game, Les Perry Gymnasium

4:00 p.m. - Girls Golf Varsity Game, Brea Creek Golf Course

4:30–6:00 p.m. - Affiliates Celebration, Head of School's Home
Raise a toast with Dr. Theresa Smith to celebrate Family Day and the end of the Affiliates Week of Giving. This outdoor reception honors the success of Webb families coming together to support the annual Affiliates fundraiser for athletics and afternoon activities. Is your student participating in one of the many athletic competitions today? Come by before the match or visit afterward!
