Webb is an inclusive school community characterized by openness, acceptance, and empathy, where every individual is valued, respected, and supported. Located in Southern California, one of the most diverse areas in the US, our community is enriched by the different perspectives, beliefs, backgrounds, and experiences of our students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Embracing diversity in all its forms is crucial to our mission, especially our commitment to providing a top-tier learning environment that nurtures future leaders who think, act, lead, and serve.
As a community of learners, Webb is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment that celebrates and honors all individuals. We respect individual differences, including but not limited to ethnicity, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, and socio-economic status.
Our culture is deeply rooted in the school’s mission and values. From the moment you join the Webb family, your talents, perspectives, and engagement are both welcomed and expected. We cherish the creativity that emerges from diverse viewpoints, honor our students’ rich cultural experiences, and strive to create a sense of belonging for every member of our school community.
Webb is committed to creating a community where students can explore their differences and build on their common humanity. Our students learn to have productive dialogue with people of differing viewpoints in ways that challenge them and prepare them for the world.
