  Lexus joined the Webb Advancement Office in 2014 as the Advancement Fellow. While learning the ins and outs of development and alumni relations, she found joy in making Webb’s donors and alumni feel appreciated for all they do for the schools, thus propelling her toward a career in stewardship and donor relations while building and maintaining strong connections with the alumni community. Previously, as Webb’s Assistant Director of Stewardship and Donor Relations, Lexus crafted new programs to ensure everyone knows how much they mean to the Webb community.

   

  After gaining experience in higher education stewardship at Loyola University Chicago, Lexus rejoined the Webb Advancement team and is currently the Director of Alumni and Donor Relations, where she continues to find new and meaningful ways to connect with alumni and donors.

   

  Lexus has been a member of the Webb community since 2004 when she started her freshman year as a Vivian Webb School student. After graduating with the VWS Class of 2008, she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University.

   

  Lexus continues to remain close to her classmates and fellow Webb alumni through her work in advancement and her roles as a reunion chair and class agent.

  Jenna joined the Webb Advancement Office in October of 2022 as the Director of Parent Relations. In this role she routinely interfaces with parents from around the world through the Affiliates, Webb’s parent volunteers, and those able to return to campus for annual activities and events.

   

  After graduation from University of La Verne with a degree in speech communication, she gained valuable experience from a boutique advertising and marketing firm then found herself in the world of higher education at the Claremont Colleges. Working her way up from administrative assistant of alumni and parent engagement to director of alumni and family engagement, she began looking for a new opportunity to enhance her skills.

   

  She is passionate about bringing together community members and creating spaces of belonging. You can find her nearby in the Claremont area with her husband and two sons.

  Kimberly Grant

  Bio

  Kimberly brings over 20 years of experience in independent schools and higher education to Webb, infusing a confident, strategic, and joyful spirit into her role as Director of Development. Passionate about building bridges, strengthening relationships, and connecting people to purpose, she relishes the work of impactful philanthropy.
  
  

  Serving in roles from Major Gifts Officer to Assistant Vice President of Alumni Engagement at private institutions including the William Penn Charter School, University of La Verne, and Harvey Mudd College, Kim loves a good challenge:  She has built strategy, fostered collaboration, secured seven-figure gifts and served on a leadership team that completed a $125 million campaign early, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her guiding philosophy is to love your work, cherish relationships, and always leave a place better than you found it.
  
  

  Outside of Webb, you’ll find Kim with her husband, their rescued hound "Woody," and a trowel, a hiking pole, a fork, or art supplies in hand. Gardening, cooking, hiking, and the arts occupy most of her spare time. She also serves as a trustee on Claremont’s Pilgrim Place board and is delighted to have recently added "grandma" to her list of titles.

  Janet Heald has served The Webb Schools in Advancement for over 20 years. She has held a variety of positions and supported alumni relations, parent relations, special events, fundraising and more.

  Ashley Helm

  Ashley Helm, Director of Special Events

   

  Ashley joined the Webb Advancement Office in November 2023 as the Director of Special Events. In this role, she leads and manages the planning and execution of various internal and external events to create and deliver memorable and impactful experiences that engage and inspire the Webb community.

   

  After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in English from UCLA, Ashley cultivated her expertise in event planning and project management through various roles in the entertainment industry. Most recently, she served as the Assistant Manager, Special Events at the LA Phil, where she successfully managed and supported several fundraising and stewardship events for their Philanthropy Department, including Hollywood Bowl Opening Night and the Walt Disney Concert Hall Gala.

   

  Ashley is passionate about and spends much of her free time indulging in the arts and entertainment sectors. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her cat, Olive.

  Christine Leible

  Bio

  Christine isn't your average fundraiser.  She's a weaver of stories, connecting alumni, parents, and friends with the transformative power of philanthropy at The WebbSchools.  Fueled by a passion for people and their journeys, Christine helps them discover the joy of giving back and the impact it creates for future generations of Webb students.

   

  With over two decades in the advancement field, Christine brings diverse experience from institutions like the Keck Graduate Institute, Marymount College, and the PETA Foundation.  She also served on the board of the Claremont Educational Foundation, giving back to her local community.

   

  A native New Yorker with a business degree from Hofstra University, Christine lives in Claremont with her teenage daughter and kitty.  In her free time, you might find her exploring the latest vegan restaurants, going to an action movie on opening night, or cheering on her favorite driver, Lewis Hamilton, in a Formula 1 race.

  Crystal Stark-Rodriguez, Office Manager

  Crystal joined the Webb community in March 2024. As Office Manager, she provides administrative support for the entire Advancement team and enjoys the collaboration and energy of working in such a dynamic environment. Crystal has worked in Advancement since 2015 and previously served as the Advancement Services Coordinator at The Huntington Library and as the Membership Coordinator at California Botanic Garden. She lives in Upland with her husband, daughter, and pets, Arthur, Barbara, and Moxie.

  Amanda Sun, Assistant Director of Alumni and Donor Relations

  Amanda joined the Webb Advancement Office in February 2024 as the Assistant Director of Alumni and Donor Relations. Education and supporting students are a couple of things that Amanda is passionate about. “I enjoy knowing my work is helping to shape the minds of our next generation and, in turn, contributing to the future of the world.”

   

  She received a Bachelor of Fine Art degree in graphic design and worked in marketing and e-commerce before entering Advancement. She loves learning and exploring, often utilizing the knowledge gained from personal and professional experiences in different creative ways to inspire her to build genuine connections and relationships with the Webb community.

   

  Amanda is a Claremont native who enjoys finding fun activities to do in the area as well as spending time with her furbabies, Weasley and Bailey.

  Yvette Zarate, Director of Advancement Services

   

  Yvette joined the Webb Advancement Team in 2019 as the Advancement Database Coordinator. She then transitioned to Advancement Database Manager and is now the Director of Advancement Services. As Director of Advancement Services, Yvette has the pleasure of serving Webb by creating reports that can help her Advancement colleagues better serve the alumni, parents, and friends of the Webb community.

   

  Yvette holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Riverside and a master’s degree from Chapman University. Yvette has worked in education for over ten years and is passionate about quality educational being available to all students.
